Food Processing Training

On the 4th to 18th of November 2023, a total of 33 trainees were trained on food processing at Nsong village by Pro Rural under the project “Skill to Succeed” funded by Quest Alliance. The resource person for food processing training was Mrs. Alin who was the master trainer and Asenla Jamir who is a proprietor of the Deshen food enterprise.

Both practicals and lectures were conducted where they shared their skills and experience on different types of processes on pickling, candy making, powders, and beverages.
