Refresher Course Cum Exposure Trip

On 15th July, 2023. A catering trainees refresher course cum exposure trip was held by Pro Rural supported by NABARD under the Livelihood Enterprise Development Program (LEDP). Which was held on the First Floor of “The Garden” Restaurant, located at Super Market, Dimapur, Nagaland. Which is own & run by Mr. Akihito Kinimi, a local entrepreneur. 

These trainees had previously completed there catering Training (which can be found on the previous blog post titled “Catering Training”). And the reason for the exposure trip was to learn from an experienced individual in the field of catering. 

On the refresher course, the honored guest Mr. Akihito shared his story of how and why he started the restaurant business; and the do’s & don’ts of the trade to the newly trained caterers.
