“Skills to Succeed” is a youth program by Quest Alliance with Pro Rural as the implementing partner, designed to support young people from severely underserved regions, especially those in remote rural areas, unemployed youth, and those at risk of substance abuse. The main goal of this program is to provide them with the knowledge and skills needed to achieve self-reliance and contribute to the socio-economic development of their communities.

  • Baking and Confectionery

Baking both as a culinary art and a business holds a significant importance for individuals, communities and economies worldwide. Baking is gaining significance in Nagaland, particularly concerning self-employment, due to various factors shaping the socio-economic landscape of the region.

  1. A total of 34 trainees were trained on Baking trade under the industry expert and professional instructor Mrs. Vini Tsuipu Kappo at Town Baptist Church, Dimapur.
  2. A total of 31 trainees attended the Baking training at Bor-Lengri  (Manipuri Basti), with Mrs. Vini Tsuipu Kappo as the master trainer.
